AUTOMOTIVE PANELS

These are the basic pieces to create a "new" door for a Jaguar we had in the shop. Please remember, this is NOT a kit! These pieces were fabricated here on site.

All the complicated curves and pressed holes can be created by the equipment we have right here. This equipment is capable of creating compound curves as well.

Each piece has properly pressed holes and edges that the original factory piece had for structural purposes and for bolt, alignment and component holes.

Once the individual pieces are finished, they are put together to form the frame for the door that can be seen in the pictures below. Note the door skin has not been put on yet at this stage in the process.

Once the door frame is together and is a proven fit, the skin is placed on to complete the process.

The end product is a door that is almost too pretty to cover with paint.
